Meet Hayley, the heart and expert hands behind PAWS Grooming here at RSPCA Cornwall. With an incredible foundation of almost 15 years dedicated service as an Animal Care Assistant within our very branch, Hayley possesses a deep understanding of dog behaviour, handling, and welfare. In 2024, she seamlessly blended this extensive experience with her professional grooming skills, launching our PAWS Grooming service to offer expert care you can trust.
Hayley’s genuine love for dogs and unwavering commitment to animal welfare are central to her grooming philosophy. She believes every grooming session should be a positive, comfortable experience, carefully tailoring her approach to each dog’s individual needs, personality, and comfort levels.

- FREE Puppy Introduction (Up to 3 months): A vital, positive first experience to build confidence with gentle handling and grooming noises.
- First Puppy Groom: £30 (Up to 6 months) - Building on the intro! Includes a gentle bath, low-heat blow dry, and light trimming.
- Nervous Dog & Intro to Grooming Package: £45New! - Perfect for anxious dogs or those new to grooming. Includes three one-on-one, 30-minute sessions with Hayley in a calm, quiet environment to build their confidence.
- De-matting: +£10 - An additional charge for heavily matted coats requiring extra time and care.
Important Information
- Arrival: Please walk your dog beforehand so they can relieve themselves. Arrive promptly for your appointment time.
- Flea & Vaccination Policy: Your pet must be fully up-to-date with their vaccinations. Please ensure your pet is flea-free. A £10 charge will be added if fleas are found to cover treatment and decontamination.
- New Clients: A Client Consent Form must be completed before your first appointment.
