Any concerns for welfare or animals in distress need to be reported to the National RSPCA on 0300 1234 999, who allocate the Inspectors and Collection Officers.

If you have already submitted a Perfect Match or Animal Surrender form, please do not contact us to follow this up. Forms are recorded on our database and you will be contacted by a member of staff as soon as possible.

The Branch is working with reduced staff during Covid-19 restrictions, so there may be a delay in our response to your message. Our telephone lines are currently open from 11.00am to 4.00pm daily, but should be reserved for urgent calls only please.
