Meet Hayley, the heart and expert hands behind PAWS Grooming here at RSPCA Cornwall. With an incredible foundation of almost 15 years dedicated service as an Animal Care Assistant within our very branch, Hayley possesses a deep understanding of dog behaviour, handling, and welfare.
In 2024, she seamlessly blended this extensive experience with her professional grooming skills, launching our PAWS Grooming service to offer expert care you can trust.
Hayley's genuine love for dogs and unwavering commitment to animal welfare are central to her grooming philosophy. She believes every grooming session should be a positive, comfortable experience, carefully tailoring her approach to each dog's individual needs, personality, and comfort levels.

Important Information
- Arrival: Please walk your dog beforehand so they can relieve themselves. Arrive promptly for your appointment time.
- Flea & Vaccination Policy: Your pet must be fully up-to-date with vaccinations. Please ensure your pet is flea-free. A £10 charge will be added if fleas are found.
- New Clients: A Client Consent Form must be completed before your first appointment.
- Payment: We accept cash or card at the time of your appointment.
