Swampdogs MCC charity bike run 2011!

On Saturday 24th September, the Swampdogs Motor Cycle Club held their Annual Memorial Bike Run.

The afternoon was a great success and bikes and riders arrived at the Centre just after 2p.m. The Swampdogs thank everyone who turned up for the run and apologise for the rather damp weather.

They had met at 'Smokey Joes' near Redruth.

£116.50 was raised with all proceeds going to the RSPCA Cornwall Branch.

In addition to raising funds for Charity, the run is a fitting memorial to a former member of the Swamp Dogs MCC, Terry “Necky” Mitchell, who died in December 2006.

A super run for the riders (even though the weather was against them), fun for the Centre staff and a much welcomed donation for the Centre.
