Please note:

1. The website is updated as often as possible, but all the information about an animal is subject to (often sudden) change due to factors such as - for example - reservation, behaviour of the animal and medical assessments. To avoid disappointment it is always best to check on the availability of an animal (by phone) before visiting the centre .

2. It would be a great help if you did NOT enquire about animals labelled “RESERVED”. Should the rehoming not go ahead the “RESERVED” label will be removed. If you are particularly interested in a reserved animal keep watching the website.

He has spent the vast majority of his life so far in a dog crate and so gets over excited and needs to have training/socialising classes to adapt to new situations and stop his mouthing habit, not aggressive but annoying.

He can live with children 10 years of age or older and possibly other dogs and cats.

Toby

(Click picture to enlarge)

Unfortunately we know little about Toby's past, but what we do know is that since arriving here he has been a complete sweetheart and a delight to get to know. Toby will make a fabulous addition to his new household. He has a super nature and is extremely loyal and affectionate. Toby's best interest is his toys. He loves to parade with various toys in his mouth and is always willing to give them up to his human friends for them to throw for him.

He is an active dog that is used to the outdoor lifestyle and so his new owners will need to be prepared for lots of country/beach walks. Toby will have to live on his own, with no other animals, and any children should be over 16 years of age, due to his boisterous behaviour.
